Striving to enhance its ability to gather, analyze, and develop information in this rapidly changing industry, the Electronic Materials Division has provided the best possible service for customers, putting its feet in their shoes.

Its mainstream business is in the fields of displays, cell phones, IT digital appliances, and LEDs. In addition, it also deals with optical sheets, LED materials, heat conducting parts, resists, and coating materials.

While enhancing collaboration with not only domestic but also overseas bases of our company, it is broadening the scope of its activity globally. It is expanding its business by making full use of our bases in the U.S. and Europe (Austria and Israel) as well as those in China which has now emerged as a major production center for cell phones and digital cameras.

With the aim of strengthening its individual staff members’ technical expertise, this division has introduced a team system for heat conducting materials and car electronics. Further, by promoting the sharing of their functions, it is working to improve its ability to give customers suggestions in composite business situations.
